The newly transplanted Language Center (now in R-403), now has numerous internet-connected iMacs, 6 PC's, DVD and VHS players. Students can again access iLrn and Cengage Brain websites to augment their French 1, 1A (Horizons) and Spanish 1, 1A, 2 (Plazas) texts, as well as have access to the dedicated writing assistant software for French (Système-D 4.0) and Plazas (Atajo), text-related DVDs, foreign language DVDs and videos. Students in Chinese 12A can access the Encounters website for their audio and video, while students in Chinese 1 and other Chinese courses (if assigned) can practice tones with the ever-popular Pinyin Master!
