It's Your World, Students. Grab a Knife and Fork, Maybe a Spoon or Chopsticks!
The World Affairs Council sponsors the popular Young Professionals' Language Dinners. Groups meet with the explicit purpose of eating delicious food spiced with good conversation in the local language. Whether you just returned from abroad and are looking to keep the rust off your language skills, or you simply enjoy a good meal and conversation, pull up a plate at one of the many language dinners. Of special interest for CCSF students are language dinners promoting German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, French, and Mandarin. Guten Appetit! If you do attend a dinner, please post a comment and let us know a little bit about your experience.
